It's a great article and gives me a lot to think about. I have been telling hubby that we need to have an on hand cash reserve, not just an emergency fund in the bank. Even a "minor" emergency (compared to an EMP attack) like a volcano or major earthquake here could take out ATMs. And cash will be king.
As with most of the interesting articles I read, h/t Instapundit. :) What would I do without him?!?
