It's a Duty

I wish I would be called for Jury Duty. I've always wanted to do it and have only been called once. Since I can't lie, I always admit who my hubby is. And I'm pretty sure that gets me kicked out. :(



My company pays for jury duty days at full pay. Which is great. I know not all places do that.

Ugh. Be careful what you wish for. I was chosen for a jury panel once, and it sucked rocks.

It was a real estate fraud case, and we served for six(!) weeks.

The first two weeks were nothing but entering document after document after document into evidence.

God, it was boring.
